Accurate Information

Account Security

Duplicate Accounts

Balances held across duplicate accounts may be consolidated, and any bonuses received through duplicate accounts may be voided.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph) and ₱200 for bank transfers and card payments. Maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary based on your account standing and payment method.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a valid request being submitted, subject to completion of KYC verification. Lucky Taya does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Wagering Requirements

Betting Rules

By placing a bet on Lucky Taya, you accept that the bet is final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after submission except in specific circumstances outlined in individual sport or game rules.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body or competition organiser. Void Bets

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Lucky Taya platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using any automated software, bot, or algorithm to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or manipulate bet results.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds of illicit origin.
• Placing bets with inside information about an event outcome that is not publicly available.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Lucky Taya staff or other players.
• Registering or operating accounts on behalf of another person without proper authorisation.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions by opening new accounts.

11. Limitation of Liability
